Acumen Development Partners is proud to announce our involvement in the renovation of the SpringHill Suites Miami Airport South by Marriott. The seven story, 150-key hotel is located at 6700 NW 7th Street and is conveniently in close proximity to the Miami International Airport.
The renovation will include replacement of all fixtures, furniture, and equipment in every guestrooms including new Refrigerator and Microwave. Additionally, over 100 guestrooms will be converted from Tubs to Stand-up-Showers. A significant public-space renovation will include all new finishes, fixtures, and furniture and more. This will be the first SpringHill to incorporate Marriott's new branded bar concept for the brand. Acumen worked closely with the brand to design and finalize the details for this new concept which will be launched as the prototype for all SpringHill Suites moving forward.
Construction will commence in June 2016 and is scheduled to be completed in September of 2016.
The SpringHill Suites Miami Airport South is managed and owned by Noble Investment Group based out of Atlanta, GA.
