The project recently received +approvals from the National Park Service and Hilton Worldwide to move forward with construction.
Acumen Development Partners is proud to announce our involvement with the redevelopment of the historic Hotel Phillips in downtown Kansas City, MO. The property will be undergoing an extensive renovation and converting to a Curio Collection by Hilton in the spring of 2017. It is located at the corner of 12th Street and Baltimore Avenue in the Financial District and within walking distance of the Power & Light District, Sprint Center and Kansas City Convention Center.
